How a change becomes a plan
A request. A clear answer. An updated calendar.
An example: Sophie asks for extra time from 16–18 September. The existing plan stays in place until the request is approved.

Sophie requests
“Could I have 16–18 September for a family visit?” The dates and reason stay together in one request.

Daniel responds
Daniel reviews the request and approves it. If he declines, the existing schedule stays in place.

Both see the update
After approval, the calendar shows the agreed change. The request and decision remain available to both parents.
FAQ
Questions families ask before joining
Can one parent edit the schedule without the other knowing?
No. Schedule changes are visible to both parents, and requests are tracked with status and timing.
Who can see our family data?
Only invited family members in your shared space can access your schedule and requests.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
You will receive product updates and an email when an invite is ready. There is no guaranteed invite date yet; joining the list does not create an account or invite anyone else.
Can I start before my co-parent joins?
Yes. Once you have access, you can create your family space and set up the schedule on the web, then share an invite code with your co-parent. They need to join to see the plan and respond to requests.
What will the beta cost?
Pricing hasn’t been announced yet. We’ll explain any cost before you choose to take part.
Can I use Evnground on web, iPhone or Android?
Tell us which platform you prefer when you join the list. Your invite will confirm which platforms are available for you and how to get started; selecting a preference does not guarantee access on that platform.
Is this a replacement for legal custody agreements?
No. Evnground is a coordination layer for day-to-day planning, not legal advice.
